Fernand Schmidt, Mike and Luc Thinnes (Team Luxembourg) recently put our new series 5 poles through their paces.  Here are their first impressions of these new models:

“We fished the same peg American style for the test which allowed us to swap over poles easily and feel the differences between the two models.  In my opinion the Power match Nanoflex 75 XL is the more versatile of the two handling small and big fish with ease.

The power match Nanoflex 75 XL-S is better suited to bigger river fish and carp (up to7kg max).  This pole would be ideal for heavy flat float fishing and I will be trying it out barbel fishing on the River Sure soon..”

“ This year I have decided to fish with the new Nanoflex 95 XL-S.  The first thing I noticed about the pole is how incredibly stiff it is.  You can cup out quite big balls of groundbait and the pole hardly flexes!  The stiffness helps you strike much cleaner and faster than with other poles.  I also like the surface finish -it makes shipping in and out very easy.  In my opinion this is the best Sensas pole I have ever used!”
